

Engine
The 4-cylinder turbocharged engine with a high-pressure Common Rail injection system, combined with 4-valve technology and direct injection, delivers more power, a better torque curve, and lower fuel consumption. The diesel particulate filter (DPF), diesel oxidation catalyst (DOC), and SCR catalytic converter with AdBlue® reduce harmful emissions to meet the latest emission standards.

Transmission
A fully synchronized 6-speed gearbox with a two-stage Power Shift DUAL SPEED provides all the power and efficiency you need during operation. Near the operator is a shift lever for 3 speed groups, giving the tractor a total of 36 forward and 36 reverse gears. Creeper gears come standard. The ECO Speed function allows reaching a maximum speed of 40 km/h while reducing engine RPM by 20%, lowering noise, wear, and fuel consumption.
The M5002 tractors are equipped with a separate transmission lock lever. A new feature of the M5002 tractor is the electrohydraulic reverser, which makes changing direction between forward and reverse even easier than before. The reverse lever is located on the steering column. The multi-disc wet clutch facilitates work with the front loader and increases productivity and maneuverability.

Cabin
The cabin of the M5002 series is based on the M5001 series cabin. The curved glass improves visibility and increases spaciousness. A panoramic roof view has been added. The high cabin provides more headroom, and most controls have been repositioned for easier use. Compared to its predecessor, the M60 series, the cabin is 18 cm wider, making travel comfortable even for two people. Air conditioning with six adjustable vents in the dashboard is standard. The cabin is equipped with four LED work lights.

Hydraulics
The hydraulic pump operates at a pressure of 196 bar with a flow rate of 96 l/min. The lifting capacity of the three-point hitch system is 4,400 kg, and the arms are equipped with quick-release hooks. The standard two additional hydraulic lines can be upgraded with a third valve featuring flow control. The standard PTO speeds can be switched between 540 and 540E rpm. Upon request, the PTO speeds can be changed to 540 and 1000 rpm. Optionally, the M5002 model series can be retrofitted with EHR (Electro-Hydraulic Remote control).

Front Axle
The front-wheel drive can be engaged and disengaged under load while driving, simply by pressing a switch. Thanks to the double bevel gears, Kubota tractors are extremely maneuverable. This system, fully enclosed in an oil bath, ensures a long service life, easy maintenance, and—compared to standard articulated drives—allows for an exceptionally tight turning radius of just 4.2 meters and high ground clearance. The standard limited-slip differential on the front axle, together with the electrohydraulic locking of the rear differential, provide traction and consistent performance in the most challenging conditions.

Front Loader
The original Kubota LK front loader is designed to fit the model perfectly. The loader can be quickly and easily detached. The shock absorber reduces vibrations, especially at higher working speeds. Whether you need to load manure, handle bales, or transport pallets, the Kubota M5002 with a front loader will be an indispensable assistant. The loader comes standard with a shock absorber, a third function, and front grille protection.
